Daily briefings

Auto-generated daily snapshots of activity across Renfroe Holdings, Casa Moksha, and Austin's Gmail ([email protected]).

A scheduled remote Claude agent runs the playbook at playbooks/daily-briefing.md every morning around 06:30 MT. Each run:

1. Pulls the last ~24h of activity from every connected source — Gmail IMAP, M365 (RFH tenant) mail + Teams + SharePoint + Drive
2. Calendar, M365 (CM tenant) the same, recent Paperless ingests, recent Brex / PayPal transactions (where relevant).
3. Synthesizes a single markdown briefing into briefings/YYYY/YYYY-MM-DD.md — counts, surfaced action items, anything that looks like a decision pending Austin.
4. Commits + pushes; the autodeploy timer on prod-websites picks it up within ~30s and rebuilds holdings.austinrenfroe.com.

Surfacing-only

Like every other RFH automation, the daily briefing does not act on the world. It drafts nothing, sends nothing, closes nothing. It collects, summarizes, and links — Austin reviews and decides.

The newest entries appear first via mkdocs awesome-pages ordering (filenames are date-prefixed YYYY-MM-DD so reverse-chronological sort is automatic). Use the search box for older specific dates.
